The Livadi Beach Houses is located in Livadi, Folegandros, in an absolutely quiet setting within the authentic Cycladic landscape, with wonderful views of the island’s nature and the endless blue of the sea.
The complex consists of three two-storey traditional houses and offers two types of studios: three spacious 50 sq.m. ground-floor studios on two levels and three bright 40 sq.m. first-floor studios on one level. All spaces are carefully arranged, bright and fully functional, offering complete independence, with a kitchenette, private furnished verandas and all the necessary amenities for relaxing holidays.
The accommodation’s location is ideal for discovering the island’s beauty, as it lies between two of the most impressive beaches in Folegandros. In just 6 minutes on foot you can reach Livadi beach, a beautiful and peaceful sandy beach ideal for everyday relaxation. For a more special experience, the exotic Katergo beach is about a 20-minute hike along an enchanting path, offering one of the island’s most impressive natural sights.

The studios offer simplicity, comfort and direct contact with the natural landscape. The surrounding area is a simple rural space, still being developed, but safe and fully accessible.
Each studio has one double and one single bed, with the option to add a 4th bed by arrangement. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and includes a large refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and outdoor areas, and there is private parking at the accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay in this studio. It is in a secluded location, away from the busy villages but still close enough to Livadi. The apartment offers an amazing view of the sea and breathtaking sunrises.
Lina is very kind and always ready to help and pick you up from the port of you don't have a car. I highly recommend it.

Die Unterkunft liegt günstig. Zum Strand können Sie zu Fuß gehen und nach Chora ist es mit dem Auto ein kurzer Weg. Das Abholen wurde angeboten! Bei "Faros" am Hafen können Sie einen Mietwagen buchen.
